phasing doesnt work

I started to AC Thors_Reign and since I got a lag, I restarted FF.
when I wanted to continue to AC him, I saw, that he is phased... so I spied on him and when pressing again... I could attack him (AC) him again many times.

So I stopped hitting him, cause I knew, that he is phased. I want to play by rules, but with this happening... there is no use for phasing... if some1 can continue hitting him, even if he is phased!

Can admin please look into this?

Maybe he subscribed out of the nox protection... even if he will enable it one seccond later, he will no be protected until you attack that number of times needed to phase him again....

actualy, when I had his page opened I saw no attack button, but I could attack him, while pressing again and attack button

yea this is a bug. i thought they fixed it ages ago.
mate i found this when our alliances battled. ive reported it to admin twice and i think he recently said he fixed it...
