possible merc/app bug

i have 23.1mil mercs with just over 23 mil of them being untrained mercs but this is what i get on my ascension page
Mercs 1 to 2400 23,108,983 4837
by my count thats half of what i should be getting in app's

Untrained mercs are worth half the APP of a trained merc. I didn't believe it when told recently until I did the math myself.

On this note, however, there is a bug in the ascension calculator screen. For example, on my screen I see the following:

Untrained Units 1 to 700 2,309 + 21,007,128 (minimum 629592.75 required) 3
Trained Military Units 1 to 600 0 35011

If untrained units are 1/700 ratio, then (2309 + 21007128) / 700 does not equal 3.

Likewise, trained units are 1/600 and it shows that I have 0, yet I have 35011 APP from it.

non-lifer miners are counted as trained units with regards to app but are seen on the screen as untrained as you can untrain them
so you see this
Untrained Units 1 to 700 2,309 + 21,007,128 (minimum 629592.75 required) 3

which translates to this
you have 2309 uu and 21mil miners

and

Trained Military Units 1 to 600 0 35011
this counts strike/def/covert and miners

if what you said is true about untrained miners should there not be some kind of info on the subject somewhere as i have bought close to 30 mil in the past day and naq is worth more app's

I had been of the thinking that you could acquire untrained mercs and get a slightly better ROI than naq but that is not the case. I was disappointed to see it as I had also been collecting untrained for that purpose alone. There was a thread about this subject in the Newbie section of the forum but it has been months.

and the miners get counted as trained units @600=1app 21mil miners@600/1app= 35k
