Maybe introducing an option where by each belief can elect a council. (could be different for each religion)

(councilinstead of a leader like in choas Also it would be similar, if not identical, to the storyline as in SG as the ascended ancients. )
and go to war agaisnt others??? that way we might see more descentions and the bigger account brought down a peg or two.. so we can catch up.
