Attack Mercs Bug

I have enough naq to buy about 2mil attack mercs if i wanted.

But it says, Not enough resources.
so i figured, ill buy 1.

I can't even buy 1. because it still says, not enough resources.
(no my money isnt in the bank either)

Do you have any attackers/supers?
Cause you need attack men to actually have attack mercenaries.

each Merc (attack or defence) is paired with a 'super soldier' (attack or defence). This means that you can only have as many attack/def Mercs as you have supers of that type. (plus 10% for each merc level)
