Ok so i woke up this morning and logged in to my accounts main ascended etc. When i logged into ascended i found that i had 68k Undeveloped planets with only 12k up , so i checked and it turned out it had been my up for couple of days , which i had trained as worshipping planets , i did not untrain any planets nor have i done anything except boosting up and income.
Is this a bug ?

check your intel logs. Possible that someone untrained them for you.
