bought some resourcees ingame but didnt get them

bought some resourcees ingame but didnt get them

yeah i bought $10worth of naq and $10 worth of turns but havent got them
after click aprove this order it told me order expired i think my computer date was different tried to rebuy then it didnt work pls help me
