I don't think anyone else suggested this, or at least Common Suggestions and Search came up empty.
Basically, there could be an option of seeing a player's ID (and nothing more) even if you're not in the same realm as him (which is currently impossible, since you don't even have his link so you can place your cursor above it). This would make little difference, since you still can't send him messages or resources, and since you can find out his ID anyway, provided he is an officer/commander/alliance leader.
My reason for this? Quite simple and nothing suspicious... if you checked the cheats/bans section of the forum recently, you might have noticed I started hunting down multis - mostly inactive and low-ranked accounts, but multis nevertheless. But noob multis hiding in Perg are inaccessible to me - I have no intention of returning there any time soon, and I don't have anyone there that I know and willing to spend what might for them be precious time to search through pages of inactive users.
How could this be achieved? Logically, these are the options:
1. changing the way IDs can be found out through Battlefield
2. changing the way Perg players are indicated on Battlefield (for instance, something similar to *war and *peace or the spy/full turns attack/full turns raid icons)
Whether this suggestion is accepted or not, thanx for reading
