Minor message bug

[The Klingon Empire]

when i invited a player to Unity Alliance yesterday, and he accepted, I got this message: Scipio has accepted your request to join the ~Network of Chaos~ alliance
The alliance does exist, but ive never had any contact to them, so it must be totally random.
