That which bothers me is, that i should have 6,5b income when my officer was around. Now she left and my income stayed at 5.3b although it should go up to 6,5b. I dont have a commander that would affect this nor anything, so this is sure a bug. I also know an ex-alliance mate who had the same problems. So what the hell is going on here?

its only recently that he has joined, and it was quite a bit after i posted here. As i couldnt in no way refresh my income training miners etc, defcon and stuff. So i tried to get an officer, and it worked. Still an awful bug.
