no it's not the url, because i get from all forms of the url, including the ip address... i used different web broswers as well... the only thing i can think is that stargate server has some wierd protocalls for sending and recieving packets or purhaps it's my isp's router they are using... sometimes i can log into stargatewars.com just fine, other times can't. quantumwars is almost always unable to log into. was there any changes to servers in the past little bit, it's going on like that for about 3 weeks i think...

I've been having the same problem constantly for about 3 days. When I'm at Uni and my laptop and the local Uni computers all come up with that same site. Then at home using my phone line the same site appears. What the hell can be done about this?

i have the same problem in firefox AND IE and i have lost at least 300 million (thats just for the crybabies), i am on NTL for my ISP and i am pretty sure it because they are weak.

Hmmm, I tried it out, and that's what comes up when I try to login on IP address: http://65.61.200.114/index.html
Seems like there's some sort of problem with the DNS server, or some redirecting issue or something like that.

You have to manually flush your dns and then unplug your modem for 2 mins, close your browser and reboot, hassle yes. However, it will stop you from being farmed. Beyond that you can ring your ISP up and tell them that if they do not flush dns more frequently (NTL only do it once every 24 hours) that you will change ISPs, like i am doing. To blueyonder, because they rock.
