Ascended blessing?

Ok, i'm getting tired of searching :p

What the heck does the ascended blessing do exactly?

i heard it sometimes adds more damage to your attacks, but i have attacked hundreds of people and i don't see a difference in any of the attacks.. atleast not from the attack log.

So.. what does it do really? Like add twice the power to an attack, or adds a certain amount? and what is that amount based on?
and how often do you get this ascended blessing?

The ascended blessing occasionally doubles your offensive/defensive effectiveness (depending on whether you are attacking/being attacked). I believe the more ascensions you have, the more likely it is to benefit from the ascended blessing.

one more questions though..

how will i know that the ascended blessing kicked in?
does it say in the detailed repport something about it, and if so what?

anyone got an attack with ascended blessing and could copy/paste the text so i know what it looks like when it kicks in?

As far as I can tell, the report doesn't mention the ascended blessing... but you can know it works by looking through your logs for attacks roughly twice as effective than usually - I'd say 4-5 attacks with double damage per page for me, at a quick glance.

As far as I know, Priors don't get it, but only Prophets and up. And you can buy a higher lvl with more ascensions. Go to your technology page and you can research it.

I don't see that anywhere in my reports... Maybe Incarnates don't feel the surge of energy?

hrmm, I only see it in when I got a Ascended Blessing when I attack someone, but can't see it in my logs of defenses where I got an ascended blessing. not sure why
