a game within the game: get the flag

This idea is thought for wars between alliances but it could be extended for other aplications. Anyway, for alliance wars it would be like this:
Alliance A and B declare war.
The leader of alliance A can use 100bil naq to creat a flag. This flag is a sign near his name "Flag in alliance A hands for xx days, xx hs, xx min" and can be taken by any member of alliance B with the following rules:
a) when an alliance get the flag there is a minimum of 2hs to keep the flag until the enemy can take it back
b) the flag can be taken with regular naq attacks and to be succesful on that task you must win both the strike vs defense attack and the mothership vs mothership attack if the defensive mothership is not exploring (I mean strike of your mothership vs defense of the other mothership).
c) Each war can have only one flag. Once created by one of the leaders the flag will be arround until the war is over
d) every alliance can have 1 flag game running at a time. It doesn't matter if they are involved in more than 1 war
What is the use of this game:
1) make wars more fun! you can go to the forum and say "the flag is mine, take it if you can" and when the defenses go down and only farming remains, you still have a reason to build a defense.
2) Give an other option to end wars. For example you can challenge your enemy to keep the flag for X time or the take it from you in less than Y hours.
