Amount of DMU you are farming

So now that the update has settled in I wanna know what amount of DMU a player needs to have you attack it, regardless of what his defense is. This goes for the bigger guys as they don't need to look for players defense. Is it 20/50/100bill DMU?

edit: maybe a suggestion for how much defence do i need for a certain income wouldn't hurt either

I've been going for 30 billion plus. Although my strike, at just under three trillion, isn't exactly massive nowadays.
