That is incorrect i beleive, anyone no matter how many ascention you have will become an elder god when you get 25 officers. I do beleive this is correct, or at least it use to be.

Though Lore is right too... there was/is a title like that.

When you're a Goa'uld and you have a certain number of officers, you get names like that as well. You can see them in the rankings as "God ...", officers can be called "First Prime", etcetera. This is from a Goa'uld perspective, names vary per race.
Once the Goa'uld CO reaches 'System Lord' status, his 'First Prime' is renamed 'Minion'.
As the Goa'uld CO has 25 officers, he receives the name "Elder God". I don't know what name his senior officer gets. :)

Yup, at least the only one who keeps bragging with it :-D
If you check the topic linked in my post, you can see how is he doing in his quest to 20 ascensions :)
