CER decreasing

for the past few days my CER has decreased about 10 mill, it decreases everytime i buy fleets or charisma... is this happening to anyone else?

I am guessing that you have over 2 billion planets(High empty said everyone in top 20 has that, and you are top 20), so as you get farther from the 2 bil mark your UP drops % wise. From my experience on the test server it sometimes lags a little bit in updating, so you may only just notice the drop after buying fleets or charisma levels.

look in cosmic expansion and under where u buy fleets u will see something like this
