to sum it up quickly no techs leveled up no covert or anti covert levels done. all units when trained are miners. the up the guy has is not even 2k.

also he joined my commander for a lil bit my commander kicked up and got a responce along the lines of "im never on to spend my naq because people keep hitting me".....ge i wonder why that happens.
