Hajime no Ippo

THE greatest sports series.

Plot Summary: Makunouchi Ippo is always busy with his night fishing job, and gets bullied a lot. After some inspiration from magazines, videos, and boxers, he decided to take up boxing. Boxing changed Ippo's life, and now his dream is to become pro and fight in matches.

Hajime no Ippo is amazing. im 52 volumes in, and im still over 300 chapters behind.

thats right, theres 795 chapters, a total of 83 volumes to the manga, and its still running strong. alot of you may think DBZ and dub it bad, but Hajime no Ippo is different from DBZ. its long running, but it has the quality to back it up, and i honestly don't see it ending anytime soon.

its deffinetly the best, i place even even above my all time favorite, prince of tennis. i just had to say that...this one's awsome. :-D

Re: Hajime no Ippo

there's an anime, but i havent watched it yet. because, as usual, the anime only covers part of the manga.
