Phased Player can still attack

Recently a player has been a pain in the butt so a group of us decided to attack him.

We phased the player.

His ability to attack wasn't affected, he effectively farmed the living hell out of other players while being untouchable.

This is obviously a bug since if you can't be attacked you shouldn't be allowed to attack.

We have repeatedly complained. Eros even told admin about it in an admin meeting. No idea why he has not addressed this issue but it needs to be resolved.
