PPT Question

I know that PPT gives 10% increase to bank size based on natural income but is that a one time 10% of what your natural is at that exact moment or is it a continous 10% effect?

What I mean is this....

Normally, a miner will be woth 80 natural income....so one miner should normally give you 5,760 bank space. Take a PPT, it should become 6,336. Does that mean that each miner trained after the PPT will give you 6,366 bank space each or is going to revert back to the 5,760 again and only add another 10% of your natural income when you PPT again.

If you bank space is say 130%, then each trained miner increases it by 5,760 * 1.3 no matter is the miner was trained before or after the ppt. The next ppt gets your bank space at 140%, so each miner gives you 5,760 * 1.4 and so on

Ok...so then it is in fact a continuous effect.
