How to solve the issues of mod and community??

A moderator locks a war thread and starts a new one because he could not be bothered to moderate the old one.

Said moderator gets massed over it.

Said moderator complains about his massing and locks the second thread he started too.

The thread about the moderator's massing gets locked too.

I start a new thread in order to reply to what the moderator had posted.

My thread gets deleted.

Another moderator starts a thread about the whole issue.

I repost my thread.

My thread gets locked because the moderator claims there is already a thread about the issue (his thread).

So I am asking the community: Am I the only one who does not agree with that kind of moderating? Locking threads instead of moderating them? Deleting threads without giving a reason or even informing the poster about it? Locking threads because you only allow your own threads and just silently delete other threads which were posted before yours?

First of didnt know you had made a that topic before mine i saw it after mine therefore i locked it if your had been first i would have locked my own and moved in there. Secondly this issues Could also have been brought up into the topic about it instead you start a new one.

That Said he locked a topic on fair grounds i my self would have do that. He made a clean one meaning he didnt breake a rule or misused his power it has nothing to do with modding the whole topic it has something to with rules and that a few had complained about it thats fair ground.

The massing on him is uncalled for yes.

i dumped it and its people like you geisha who made the forum into such a barren wasteland. I remember the forums being a nice place where people could come while not playing for fun but its people like you who have turned them upside down into nothing. The forums are a waste of time. Homer of IRC is right and i was moderating your war thread thank you very much so how about you do some research into how much time i've spent on that thread before you throw rubbish into the pot.

Well it is actually not all that stupid. Your thread is named "how can the community sink so low" and mine "how can the moderators sink so low". So it actually addresses two completely different issues.

Well maybe, you could merge the discussion, but how about you give it a less anti-community name? It's kinda disturbing how the mods seem to hate the community. Why even bother being a mod then?

Moderators are only doing whats good for them, not for the community.
They should serve and help the community, not just do stuff which helps themselves.

Right i am Merging 3 topics in one if the name isnt good i will rename it later.

But this issue startet with a fair closing of a topic and making a clean one by a mod and then he got massed.

And then a misunderstanding between me and gheisa but now we are back and running.

While i merge this topic will be closed.

homer1475 didnt like a few of my posts in the moderator forum, mostly him pulling a temper tantrum because bazsy made an edit to his ombudsman thread that HOMER alone was going to run and that JASON gave HIM ALONE the responsibility of finding a new ombudsman, which is kind of a joke because freespirit and homer manipulated and lied to Jason to get me out of being ombudsman. We got a speech on how he's 39 years old and his threads shouldn't be edited, so I said to him way to pull a temper tantrum, then he said "fk this im not doing this anymore". I actually wish I had saved his post, he makes 13 year old tantrums look like nothing.

So, he went ahead and pm'd GunZ ingame asking him for permission to mass me in OSL.


And then mods have the balls to complain about being massed for locking a topic? I say, mods are massing players for their posts too.

How many times are the mods trying to shut the players up when ever a thread or an opinion does not suit them? When a moderator locks a topic, he automatically has the last word and nobody gets the chance to reply to what the moderators say. Often the only chance is to start a new thread which will most likely get locked too.

Sry lol i ment that if a player take his anger because a mod, did his job and modded him ingame that his losses was 5 times bigger. Thats what i meant sry hehe.

Gheisha actually when a mod locks you could ask the mod to reopen the thread nicely.

And i do hope my fellow mods dont misuse their powers that shouldnt happen. And as you might c so far i havent shut anyone up because thats not my job.
