Can you trust a promise from the Omegan Empire?

Can you trust the Omega Empire? That's like asking "Can you trust the United States/England/insert favorite country name here?"

Individuals are individuals and you have to build a trust relationship with each individual. I will freely admit that there are members (OK actually only one) of my own alliance that I don't trust and there are other members of other alliances that I would lay down my life for.

I also have certain "personal" responses to being attacked on ascension. Anyone who has EVER had dealings with me knows this (and there are a lot of you) so anyone can pretty much ask around and say hey, "If I attack Mojo Rising in ascension, what will happen?" and they will tell you, "Train up your assassins, go on critical, and pray." I don't look at tags for the most part because tags can be forged. If you are farming me in ascension and you don't have enough assassins, well "Doom on you". TO knows this very well as I used to be in DD and TO/DD were once allies.

No Massing....Assasinating players accounts is exactly the same..
And by your own admission you were ignoring your alliance directive and attacking without seeking a "Diplomatic" solution

In other words you ignored the agreement as did other members of your alliance.

So How is my thread+Poll unjustified in asking about other players opinions of OE's word when you have blatently said that you don't care what agreements are inplace and that you will do what you want.

from my dealings with the OE ive had no problems whatsoever. however i did have one problem with cloud strife2 of CoTO when i set a trade with him. the trade expired after i sent numerous messages to him asking if he could either accept or reject said broker.

lol... sure... you broke nothing was your answer. and to assasinate 800m planets for one hit, sure youre right. BUT, i wasnt farming, i made just 7 hits at all... at 6 ppl, in one day... and didnt repeat it later. so i wasnt farming.

and why to train more assasins, i was not in war, dont have enemyes, just you massed me for one hit.

No, I ignored looking at the tags. There is a difference. I saw caesar2 in my attack logs, I clicked on his name, clicked on Destroy Military and hit him maybe ten times. I actually went easy on him compared to others. It's an automatic reaction, one that can be easily avoided by not attacking me. If you like your strike planets then stay away; if not, I will accommodate you. Had caesar done the slightest bit of investigation, he would have realized his error before he made it and moved on to a slightly less aggressive farm.

Sorry Mojo, but with the greatest of respect you are not making a valid point here.

He Hit you 1 time.....not farming you as an individual.
You did not check his tags.
Hits made by CoTO members on an individual basis in ascension were legit and not massings, and were also in response to agressive moves by OE members in main and ascension.

I think you should have spoken you your alliance first about chosing "Less agressive farms" so as to avoid points of conflict within agreements i.e. the terms of the ceasefire.

You only need to look at the attack logs I posted to get a picture of what was happening. I'm sure if you post OE attack logs with time stamps showing attacks in response the entire picture will become clear.....

But we both digress

The question is this Are OE as good as their word or to put it another way, can you trust their promises

Why train more assassins? So you won't lose 800 million planets for farming. As I said, I have an automatic response in ascension. Had you even bothered to ask around, you would have known this. If you don't think 58 trillion DMU is adequate compensation for 800 million planets then perhaps you ought to more carefully consider your targets next time. I don't farm, I don't raid, and I don't much care for those who do. You hit me first, not the other way around. Anyway, as I said, you can contact me and we can discuss this privately, or you can air the dirty laundry on this public forum if it suits you. Your chances of compensation are better via IM though. Not saying they are good either way, but better is better.

im not crying... you killed 4 days UP... lol... but you broke something and now your arguing with nothing. thats the point. and i know what you mean... im massing all attackers for 1 hit as well, but not ppl we ahve agreement... if you didnt look at sig, your fault, not mine... and... as i told... i wasnt in war, and 700m planets... is nothink, so why should i bother with assasins? ahh... but be massed by you... you won the price

With all due respect Hysteria, I am making a valid point. I have an automatic response to being farmed. I was farmed, I enacted that automatic response. Sorry if that goes against your world view. Caesar2 has 58 trillion of my DMU and I have.......nothing of his. I did nothing to provoke an attack. I had never had any dealings with Caesar2 before this, and I hope to never have any more dealings with Caesar2 after this. You can trust OE and their promises. You can also trust that my automatic responses in ascension are still in place. You may take that for what it is worth.

My automatic responce to seeing naq out is fast attack button, yet we have some naps in place so i check the "tag".. in order to go by those naps... thats kinda the point of those agreements.

Same logic responds to Ascended, or anywhere else.. Thats the reasons there are tags there.. so that no1 can cry inoncent if the target had a tag on.

I was gonna post that this is realy turning into a "bashing"
but seing recent posts, i d say the ppl in TO have a valid claim, If you guys had a no massing agreement, you cant simply say i dont check tags and fire away.

honestly, i dont think i ever had a nap with omega, since omega was created lol, so i cant answer this question

but despite all the things that happened between me/TA and them, i cant really say we cant trust a promise they made, whenever they said they would attack, they did lol

but in all naps, treaties, there are always some incidents, thats normal, some ppl when farming dont pay much attention to the tags, as long has after the hit they are contacted and repay the dmgs, i dont see the prob here

am i was attacked once on asc during nap... and msg the attacker - she just said it wont happen again, i wrote in main to her and didnt get response about repaying... now she is not anymore in the alliance... i wont say who doesnt matter but only that you know.
