Could both me and my brother be unbanned?

This is message we also emailed it to to gameAdmin and urgent@stargatewars.com but we still haven't had a reply for it so we try it this way.

Hi,

We got banned for having a multiple accounts, but the account are belong to 2 differend people. Namely me and my brother. We play this
game together. Our accounts are SGW Account ID 1955066 - frankboy (Recruiting) and SGW Account ID 1956841 - schompes. Which is in the
main sever of stargate wars.

I started playing this game and later I talked my brother in to joining this game. I help him out with protection when he needs it
and advice, Also my English is a bit better than my brother, when i am at home and playing sgw and he is online to I type his messages for him, it's faster than telling him what to type and the grammar is also better, most of the time. We are mostly online in the late afternoon and evenings because we both have jobs
to go to. He became my officer because he logged in at a friends house and set me as his commander.

The reason why we are behind the same ip adress is because we both live at home with our parents and we have 1 adsl connection and it gives every computer on that line the same ip adress.

The reason why my spelling and stuff aint always correct is because I am from the Netherlands and here we speak and write mostly ducht. I do my best in making as few mistakes as possible but they will happen because I don't don't know every word.

We both really like this game and if we need to change anything for this not to happen any more please let us know. Also if we can continou with one account please can you then both still play with ID 1955066 - frankboy (Recruiting) account, ofcourse we rather use both a different account.

I have posted a thread (viewtopic.php?f=101&t=138858) in SGW General but would like to outline it here. Many people have found time issues with urgent@stargatewars.com. If a group of people or an individual documents the problems of each email, then gives you (adminMark) a text file listing the people, their IDs, and their problem (ie. unbanning, ip exception), would that make it easier to give a prompt outcome to those people rather than have them waiting for a reply to their email?

I would like your thoughts on this. PM me here or email me at techie03@gmail.com, whichever you like.

Lord Goolash joined as my officer so I could pick up 15% of his 182k UP. Thats been reduced to 90k because of planet thefts etc. He did ask me many times to stop people from farming him, but I replied that if you have no stats are are not really playing then I can't in all good conscience stop people taking what's left out.

Last I heard from him was March 3 where I paid him 1.5trill for 3mill units. He then (of his own free will) brokered 3.7 mill units into my account for 1bill naq and has since buggered off/is inactive.

So far as I can tell, giving units away is not a crime. He was generous enough to give to many players before he left. The poor guy just wanted to help out those who he had met here in his time playing SGW. He was a bit misguided into thinking he could give his account/login away. The best, I told him he could do, was to leave the shell and do what you want with the units, naq and turns.

On a final note I would like the Aztec Empire accounts listed on the first post to be cleared of any wrongdoing. I can't see how we can multi when we are in Australia, Sth Africa & the US and Goolash was in the UK. Seems a bit silly to name us considering there isn't even any evidence of Goolash having more than 1 account.
