look, in one ppt, you can easily get your next spy lvl unless it is over like 20billion, come on
Umm... my next spy lvl is 50bil... come on... this is alot... and I don't know how I am supposed to get this without ppt... so... ok... whatever.. i am done with this post... In fact I am done with the forum... if you guys want to change the game... go for it... I don't care anymore... i will just play the game and not try to change or interfer with change from now on... peace out from A town...
Why the 'I'm done with this topic' strop? I'm afraid to say that you are massively missing the point, if ppt was further limited (I'd say 3 per calendar month is more than adequate), then high spy levels would still be achievable - you just need to work harder at forging relationsips to get UU in order to do it.
And if PPTs had been limited sooner, then people would not now be abusing - YES ABUSING - PPTs constantly in order to get higher spy levels.
What I mean is, if you need - as in your case - 50 billion naq to get your next level, and let's say you are limited to 3 PPTs per month (with a method in place to avoid a string of 6 PPTs over a 2 month period), and you only manage to raise 40 billion naq using your 3 PPTs, then obviously you need to raise 10 billion naq from elsewhere - this could easily be made by stockpiling and selling weapons, attacking and stealing naq, loaning it from another player - that is playing the game and having a strategy - weighing up the odds, deciding what you can sacrifice and what is more important to you, rather than not playing the game and ABUSING PPT.
And I know some of you are going to say 'but weapons can be sabbed' - like I said - it is playing the game - and that is a risk that you have to decide whether to take if you want your next level.
Don't get me wrong - PPTs are an essential part of the game - but it seems that for some people, PPTs have BECAME the game.
I seriously hope that Forum will consider limiting the number of PPTs further. I firmly believe that it would enhance the game by forcing the player to manage his or her resources more effectively and forcing them to become more involved in the game (which is what we all want), rather than just flicking a switch and sitting back.
the only real question is by how much do we limit it? I'd say limit to 2-3 PPTs per month, with a system in place that prevents you using them at the end of one month and the beginning of another consecutively.
And I still haven't had any real response as to how it would cause detriment to the game.
