How rude.
I'm not objecting to the shooting of SS, in fact I'd assist. I'm shooting you for being stupid.
You reason for shooting SS is because he refuse to get vaccinated for H1N1, you believe that this will automatically cause him to catch the virus and endanger you, by exposing you to it. However this is completely ridiculous since you have already stated your intents of being vaccinated. Therefore you would have nothing to worry about from the infected.

*grin* Good, so we have some common ground to start from.
My reason for shooting SS is because in the future (distant or near), he will kill my progeny by his actions -i.e. the refusal to get vaccinated- today. I am safe. My children and their children, however, are not.
His refusal to get vaccinated for H1N1 will -in the relatively likely event of him getting the virus- allow the virus to 'live' longer, thus enabling it to mutate further, thus enabling it to in the near or distant future kill my offspring.
In essence, he or his offspring may become a roadblock between me and immortality. Roadblocks need to be removed before they sink into the asphalt.
And before the eugenicist remarks come up; mutations in the human race are fine by me, as long as they better the race. Technologically, we are unable to effectively control the genome of our children, so we have to do it the old-fashioned way.
