You see, if your only choice is between evil and evil, what choice do you have? Can you really blame the people who do not choose evil and express that choice by not voting?

As far as I see it, it's like offering almonds and peanuts to someone who's allergic to all nuts. He might be wiser in not taking any of them. At least, if one of them is imposed upon him, nobody can point at him and tell him how stupid he was for deliberately picking one.

How would you know how hard it is to get elected if you never tried to run for office or spoken to someone who has. How do you know a congressmen or senators couldn't effect change. There has actually been a lot of influential members of both houses throughout American history. Maybe you should brush up on it a little, know it all.
