It's actually funny because I see all of these alliances forming everyday and I'll guarantee that there are a lot of players that don't know the ins and outs of farming, raiding, sabbing, AC'ing, and massing. The sad thing is that a lot of times it's players in empires that are supposed to have been in "training alliances" still don't know these things. What's even funnier is when people create empires and don't know a damn thing about anything. It's no wonder why more and more people don't build anything... it's because they have absolutely no clue how to play the game.

but on topic.

If i have plenty of time I use 1 or 5 turns per hit for a while and a max. of 12,
If they have a small defence I just go with full 15 turn hits for a quick kill

It i take heavy losses I'll do 5.
I'll take their ms down first with 1 at's.
Then Go 5.
And when losses are even.
I finish job with 15.

1at if my MS is bigger
15at if MS is smaller (haven't found many that are)

I never use anything but 1at or 15at (with a 12 thrown in there farming if I have them set to war).
