Another bad week it looks like for me....W.T.F are Newcastle doing banging 6 in...They have been to many hat tricks this weekend and i don't have any of the players who has them :(
The only plus point is i took Shrek out of my team the other day and he is not playing today...

Still going to win it though and i am still taking bets with ANY player no matter where you are in the league now...thats how confendent i am in my team.... :-D

Re: SGW League Fantasy Football 2010-2011 Season

Chenges had to be made to get a little less suck out of my team.

Fabregas, Evra and some other dude out.

Kalou, Lampard and some new random dude in

I may regret selling Fabregas later but it's fine

Upset about the result, Liverpool lost on my birthday :(

But Tevez got me a few points so it's a boost I guess

Re: SGW League Fantasy Football 2010-2011 Season

Happy Birthday Dmonix...abit late but better then never...

Liverpool where poor all game...if Man City play like that all season i see them winning the league...I wish Liverpool had the subs they had...I would be happy with a top 4 finish for Liverpool at the end of the season and of course beating united home and away :D

My 2 Liverpool players did not score me many points in the game so i have dropped Dirk and stuck a Chelsea player in there....now i have done that he will bang in a hat trick and set up a few next game the way my luck is going...
The only plus point is that i am in a league with my mates for cash a head to head one and i am joint top...£50 to the winner at the end of the season...heres hoping i win that as well as 10tril Nac i have in bets...
Still excepting bets for Nac if anybody is up for it... :-D

Re: SGW League Fantasy Football 2010-2011 Season

Manchester City new-boy Jerome Boateng has aggravated a knee injury - after smacking it on an airplane drinks trolley

And the Germany defender is now expected to miss the next month of his first season in Eastlands.

Boateng tore a tendon in his left knee during Germany's 2-2 draw against Denmark earlier this month - but aggravated the injury on the way home.

I imagined my start at City to be quite different, of course,' the 22-year-old said.

'Even in my first game with City against Valencia (in a friendly), I had problems with the knee from the [Germany] match in Copenhagen.'

Boateng hopes to back in training towards the end of September.

End of september is bit too late, had to replace him by another MC defender, Micah Richards. Will consider bringing him back when he's back in playing.
