If only it was as easy as just helping with home work. Lets see where do I start. Ok the home work never makes it home because he does not want to do it so it goes out the window on the bus ride home. He just refusses to take part in class all day on any given day and paces in the hall all day at school. Shuts down and will not respond to anyone or anything because he don't want to. Gets upset when they try to make him do school work when he does not want to and brakes windows, doors, knocks holes in the sheet rocked walls and ends up in the support unit for 10 days to make sure he is no longer a danger to his self or others.

Yup and this is just a small part of it so tell me again how I should help him with his home work

You see, I have been working with him for the last 4 years and know what works with him and what does not. Taking away the one thing he likes the most gets him on track every time. I'm his foster father but He is my son in every sense of the word.

Good luck with it...Maybe you could tell him if he doesnt get the grades that he will be limited to time use on gatewars? If his grades go up and up every 6 weeks then give him a bit more time on the game..if they go down limit the time again.

The evil one are the one that think they want to do foster care for the money. Let me be the first to tell you the money sucks and thats not why my wife and I do foster care. Its a great feeling when you see a kid that you have worked with come back years later and tells you that its because you cared that they are who and what they are today. Pushing them to better their self, riding them to do the right thing when they are doing the wrong things, being there when they fall flat on their face and picking them up, brush them off and get them back on the right path again. yeah I guess I'm evil lol

First of all, He made it public so I'll tell him what ever I want to. Don't make it public if you don't want honest opinions. And I don't care if he listens or what.

Secondly, have you got any idea what most people do in R/L that are posting in this thread?

Thirdly, I don't care if the child is autistic or not, poor kid doesn't deserve that en entire community of MMORPG players all over the world know his grades or what he does in R/L. Sorry but it's hummiliating for the kid.
He deserves the same rights as everybody else for some privacy.
We have no business knowing what he likes for breakfast or what ever.

It depends on the type of Autism, I have a few family members with Autistic traits some need a social acceptance and people to talk to in a safe environment some do not wish any social interaction. If Taddpole is happy to have him here as for learning Tadpole check this out:
