All US troops in the Republic of North Carolina are to leave our sovereign nation or they will be considered Enemies of the State and arrested as such.

Failure to comply with this order with result in a state of war and possibly the total annihilation of Texas through our 10 SSBNs & their SLBMs.

I do not want war but if the USA contiunes with its aggression, I will be forced to declare war. I hope the Republic of Australia will back the Republic of North Carolina in these tense times.

Your SSBNs and SLBMs are under the protection of USA military personnel, who are currently protecting the North Carolina area. As they have been viewed as vulnerable, measures have been taken to remove them from a location farther from enemy territory, inside of Texas.

This threatening of the USA will not be tolerated, but will be overlooked if the RNC concedes external soveirgnty for domestic home rule. Naturally, most of the armed forces would be used by the USA in protection of the hole, but NG units would be left with in NC for defense purposes and placed under a provincial governor's control.

This is all a lie. No such agreement was made, and Canada was acting solely on it's own behalf. The invasion of New England had been announced by the Canadian Prime Minister himself.
