Right on. Raiding is easily the quickest way to grow, if you're decent at it!

I took up Avenging Angel on his offer and made him my commander. So finding the scary commander is out of the way. 
I have been raiding.. but not very well. I seem to only get 200-300 per raid when using 15 turns. When I spy on people I can't tell which is their untrained units.. there's usually two lots of them so I can never tell which one it is I'm raiding. Or is it both of them?
What's the best way to raid?

there are 2 sets of numbers in the untrained column when you spy someone, the UU (the ones you can raid) are the ones that arent in the super soldiers row (name may vary so its the top row in the untrained column)
but if you just go down to about page 800 or lower and find people with over 100k army size (i find them to be best) then attack them once with 1 turn, if you get 52 or more UU from the 1 turn you will get about 600-700 UU per 15 turns. and at those low ranks dont worry about them having any form of defence.
