I will assume the mods can edit this post.
This is the official summary of active bugs (and i will move them to resolved when done). The mods will take the bug reports in the section, and move them here if/when they can be confirmed.

A bug is something repeatable -if it happens once, but you cannot make it happen again, its likely a user side issue, or a higher dimensional black hole affecting things...but everyone knows such black holes exist only momentarily until they are swallowed and collapsed by a still higher dimension brane ...

so just confirmed bugs please :)

RESOLVED BUGS
1) Commander rankings is not working: Link
existing records will fix when any of the stats change, or daily 'check' is run...

2) Retaking your lost planets bug: link Bazsy's topic (newer) : Link
(admin: Now called a feature...see game updates feb 11.)

3) The negative uu bug: Link
(never goes below zero on train..)

4) Negative losses when attacking (merc related): Link
(this was related to being overlimit on merc, and it going below if you had an imbalance on att/def mercs. then attacks just made it worse :) ... fixed so that you cannot go below zero on merc adjustment, and it removed from the other type)

5) Fleets not being destroyed: Link
admin: this might not be a bug. if they have very few fleets, you might not actually kill any (its a percent thing..if the killed is less than one, none die). think of it as so few, you dont even try to really kill them :)
confirm please if this happens when there are > 100 fleets....

6) 4 MT after ascention: Link
ADMIN: ascension gives you a 'turn free' full SS. it will not take away turns, though, (anymore) so bug solved :)

7) Vacation mode bug: Link
ADMIN: fixed. i had taken the restriction off as using the market gets 1hr ppt, and this was counting as 'last ppt' and stopping vacation. restriction now back on, and using market does not count as 'last ppt' anymore.

8) No banner ads (Is this a bug?...) Link

9) Broker bug (Pretty bad): Link
This was caused by the fix of a bug. FIXED

10) The PPT - vac mode bug: Link
ADMIN: this was a 'sortof' bug --vacation was allowed 48hours + 24hours after last PPT started. It is now 24hours after last PPT ended.

11) Attack bug right after purgatory was in: Link
admin: was fixed pretty well right after reported.

12) Unable to send ingame pm: Link
admin: perg to normal / normal to perg? this is intentional. if not, repost bug.

13) Getting brokered while in pergatory, and stuck there: Link
admin: no brokers can be initiated wihle in perg now...
